Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field
At least 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Export, Shipping, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding
Familiar with export documentation, shipping procedures, and Incoterms
Able to prepare and handle documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), and other export documents
Good communication and coordination skills when dealing with customers, shipping agents, forwarders, and internal departments
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to work independently, multitask, and handle urgent shipments
Detail-oriented with good follow-up and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
Support HOD with departmental documentation operations.
Coordinate export shipments, ensuring timely movement and liaising with th relevant parties.
Handle export document declarations and liaise with government agencies OGA.
Collaborate with operational support services for smooth customer service.
Assist with haulage requests, billing verification, and customer profile maintenance.
Export customer service, coordination and documentation activities.
