Job Description

Requirements

  • Assist the sales & purchase team in coordinating sales activities, including preparing quotations, processing orders, and managing sales documentation.

  • Maintain and update the company database and records accurately using data entry skills.

  • Provide administrative support and any ad hoc support for the company.

  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Handle customer/supplier inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer service.

  • Support the team in developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.

  • Assist in the organization of sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations.

  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Coordinate sales activities, such as trade shows, product launches, and customer events.

  • Maintain and update company database, ensuring accurate and current information.

  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Process sales & purchase orders and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery to customers.

  • Handle customer / supplier inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Support the sales and purchasing team in achieving sales targets by providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
