Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Service, or related roles.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Client-focused with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Comfortable using CRM systems and client tracking tools.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Conduct introduction and onboarding meetings with prospective and newly signed clients.
Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support on products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Product) to enhance overall client experience.
Track client performance metrics and prepare reports on engagement, retention, and success outcomes.
Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, or upselling where appropriate.
