Full Time Livestream Operation Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Decho WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

• Minimum SPM qualification and above.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in TikTok Live, livestream operations, e-commerce, customer service or admin support is an advantage.

• Passionate about social media, livestreaming and e-commerce.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, etc.).

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Willing to work 6 days per week on a rotational shift basis.

• Comfortable working on weekends, with 1 weekday off.

• Able to work shifts between 7:00 AM – 11:30 PM based on operational requirements.

Example shifts:

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

• 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

• 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

• Manage and monitor TikTok livestream backend operations.

• Support livestream hosts by managing comments, pinning products and engaging with viewers.

• Coordinate order processing, inventory updates and daily livestream activities.

• Monitor livestream performance and assist in achieving sales targets.

• Prepare basic sales and livestream performance reports.

• Ensure smooth execution of livestream sessions and resolve operational issues promptly.

• Work closely with hosts and internal teams to improve livestream performance.

• Assist with ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
