Education & Experience
Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of well-rounded HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
System Knowledge:Proven proficiency inSQL Payroll system is an advantage.
Core Competencies & Skills
HR Generalist Expertise: Strong end-to-end knowledge of recruitment, performance management, payroll verification, and L&D coordination.
Legal Compliance: In-depth understanding of local labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR governance.
Event & Project Management: Proven track record of planning and executing large-scale corporate events (e.g., team building, annual dinners, company trips) from budget to execution.
Vendor & Facility Management: Experience managing office assets, facilities, vendors, and contract renewals.
Soft Skills & Attributes
Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to liaise with department heads, external vendors, and employees at all levels.
Organization: High attention to detail for maintaining compliance, tracking training records, and managing event logistics.
Problem-Solving: Strong grievance handling, conflict resolution, and change management capabilities.
Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR & Business Partnership
Culture Architect: Collaborate with Department Heads to implement HR strategies that fuel business growth and champion a positive workplace culture.
Trusted Advisor: Guide leadership on workforce planning, talent reviews, and change management initiatives.
Engagement Driver: Turn employee feedback into actionable initiatives that boost morale and retention.
2. Talent, Growth & Performance
End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the charge in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to build robust pipelines.
Performance Excellence: Oversee the appraisal and probation frameworks, tracking outcomes to spot future leaders.
L&D Orchestration: Identify skills gaps, maintain the training matrix, and coordinate impactful learning programs.
3. HR Operations & Payroll Governance
Data & Payroll Integrity:Maintain pristine employee records withinSQL Payroll and ensure precise payroll/benefits verification.
Bulletproof Compliance: Keep the company safe and audit-ready by staying sharp on labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
Lifecycle Management: Manage day-to-day HR enquiries, leave administration, and employee relations (grievances/disciplinary matters).
4. Office Operations & Vendor Management
Asset & Facility Control: Keep the office running smoothly by managing inventory, office supplies, and facility maintenance.
Contract Champion: Oversee vendor services, track license/permit expiries, and negotiate cost-effective service renewals.
5. Experience & Event Management (The Culture Catalyst)
Epic Team Building: Design, budget, and execute memorable team-building activities that spark collaboration.
The Grand Annual Dinner: Take the lead on theme creation, venue booking, entertainment, and logistics for our signature yearly event.
Company Trips: Map out and manage unforgettable company getaways, handling everything from itineraries and travel agencies to safety protocols.
