  • Convert social media (FB, IG, XHS) comments & messages into sales via the app.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.

  • Provide timely support via WhatsApp, calls, and social platforms.

  • Maintain and update customer details on online platforms.

  • Inform customers of promotions and deals.

  • Report customer feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
