Job Description

Requirements

  • Client Advisory: Analyze client's financial profiles, identity protection gaps, and recommend suitable Takaful Plans

  • Develop and present comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual client needs, considering their risk tolerance, financial goals, and life stages.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, proactive follow-ups, and exceptional customer service. Provide ongoing policy review services.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic sales initiatives to expand the client base.

  • Continuos Learning: Stay updated on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the financial services industry and Takaful products.

  • Participate in mandatory agency meeting, training , events.

  • Being fluent in English is a bonus for effective communication with a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients, aligning with their short-term and long-term goals.

  • Provide expert advice on Takaful products and other financial solutions, ensuring clients understand the benefits, features, and suitability for their specific needs and risk profiles.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse client base, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all financial matters.

  • Stay updated on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the financial services industry and Takaful products.

  • Claim Assistance: Guide and support clients during the critical moments of filing Takaful claims.
