Full Time Production Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,300 in JING WEI HIRAIN AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRONICS MALAYSIA SDN BHD Melaka - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the manpower requirements for direct employees and develop proactive
• solutions to mitigate manpower risks.
• Coordinate workshop personnel scheduling to ensure the completion of production tasks.
• Report various anomalies encountered during the production process and coordinate relevant resources to resolve issues.
• Assist in the formulation of process plans.
• Monitor the execution of weekly production plans.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or higher in relevant fields.
• Over 3 years of experience in production management of automotive electronic
• controllers.
• Educational background in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes such as SMT, assembly, production equipment, information systems, and lean production.
• Proficiency in using office software and manufacturing management systems like MES and SAP.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
