Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management (portfolio is an added advantage).

Video editing and graphic design skills will be an added advantage.

Strong copywriting skills with the ability to effectively communicate unique selling points (USP).

Familiarity with short-form video trends and social media platform algorithms is a plus.

Responsible, organized, and possesses strong time management skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Manage and operate all company social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.).

Plan monthly and weekly content strategies and publishing schedules.

Write engaging captions and develop content ideas/scripts that align with the brand's tone and marketing objectives.

Coordinate with the Video and Design teams to ensure content production is completed on schedule.

Track and analyze content performance, including engagement, reach, and conversions, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Stay updated with market trends and trending topics to create relevant, shareable, and high-performing content.
