Requirements
Minimum SPM.
Spoken Mandarin is a MUST (Basic English is an advantage).
Customer service, telesales or outbound call experience is preferred.
Experience in telecommunications industry is an advantage.
Proven ability to actively listen to customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional and empathetic manner.
Proficient phone skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and professional etiquette.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers to provide product and service information.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and account details.
Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall customer experience.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to accurately assist customers.
