Job Description

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 0 years of relevant experience.

  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and common software applications.

  • Familiarity with networking concepts is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring network and system security events.

  • Support the implementation of cybersecurity policies and best practices.

  • Perform vulnerability assessments and basic security audits.

  • Assist in identifying and reporting security risks.

  • Help maintain antivirus, firewall, and endpoint security solutions.

  • Support user account management, password policies, and access control.

  • Assist in investigating security incidents under supervision.

  • Participate in system hardening and security configuration activities.

  • Monitor system logs and prepare security reports.

  • Assist in backup, recovery, and disaster recovery testing.

  • Support network troubleshooting and infrastructure maintenance.

  • Help maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

  • Assist in software installation, updates, and patch management.

  • Participate in cybersecurity awareness programs for employees.

  • Research emerging cybersecurity threats and mitigation techniques.

  • Perform any other IT-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

  • Conduct basic user training on IT systems and applications.
