Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or in a similar leadership role, with a consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from business development and opportunity identification through negotiation and deal closure.
Strong knowledge of the Renewable Energy and Solar PV industry, with a genuine passion for sustainable and green energy solutions.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic sales initiatives.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin is an added advantage.
Possess a valid driving licence, own transportation, and be willing to travel as required for client meetings and site visits.

Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve business growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to expand the company's customer base and strengthen its market presence.
Oversee sales team recruitment, target setting, performance management, coaching, and professional development.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, revenue projections, pipeline reports, and expense analyses to senior management.
Identify new market opportunities, monitor industry trends, and analyze the competitive landscape to drive business growth.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and consultative discussions throughout the business development and sales cycle.
Perform site surveys to evaluate the feasibility of solar PV installations and provide accurate technical information to the Engineering team for system design and proposal preparation.
Collaborate with the Marketing team on branding and promotional initiatives, including the development of sales collateral, digital and print marketing campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, seminars, and other industry events.
Undertake additional sales, marketing, and business development responsibilities as assigned by Management.
