Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Friendly, patient, and confident when speaking with customers.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and ChatGPT
- Well-organised and able to manage follow-ups properly.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a customer-service mindset.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, or email to connect the PIC.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients in a polite and professional manner.
- Arrange appointments, meetings, or product/service discussions for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer databases, contact lists, and sales records.
- Coordinate with internal team members to support customer enquiries and sales progress.
- Handle basic customer enquiries and provide clear information when needed.
- Keep track of follow-up status and update the sales team regularly.
- Support daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Build positive relationships with customers through friendly and helpful communication.
