At least 3 years of working experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.

Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or related coordination roles.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to act quickly and decisively.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.

Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.

Knowledge of shipping documentation and international trade regulations is an advantage.

Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in French, Mandarin, Arabic, or Russian will be considered an added advantage.

Coordinate with suppliers, liners, freight forwarders, surveyors, forwarding agents, and other related parties to prepare accurate shipping documents and handle administrative tasks.

Ensure successful and timely shipments, with full compliance to all documentation requirements and regulations.

Provide timely updates on shipping schedules to clients, maintaining clear and professional communication at all times.

Manage tight deadlines, submit documentation promptly, and ensure all shipping-related itineraries are followed accurately.

Handle and resolve logistics issues on a daily basis, maintaining service excellence under pressure.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and vendors.

Take full ownership of shipments, ensuring they are executed efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with all applicable rules and laws.

Deliver the highest level of customer service in the industry.
