Sweetmag is a Malaysian digital agency specialising in e-commerce. We build and grow online stores on Shopify, Magento / Adobe Commerce, and WordPress for brands across Malaysia and the region. You will work alongside developers, marketers, and project managers on real client projects from day one.

Job Responsibilities

• Design website mock-ups in Figma, including landing pages, campaign pages, and content pages for e-commerce brands.
• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, generate visual assets, and explore layout directions faster.
• Build content pages using page builders once developers complete the site.
• Assemble promotional pages, product landing pages, and campaign content directly in Shopify, WordPress, or Magento Page Builder.
• Use AI to improve work quality and speed, including image generation, image cleanup, copy drafting, resizing, and adapting assets across channels.
• Prepare web-ready assets such as banners, product visuals, and campaign graphics that are properly sized and optimised for desktop and mobile.
• Collaborate with developers and marketers to hand off designs clearly and understand basic web constraints such as responsive layouts, image weights, and above-the-fold design.
• Make design improvements based on real client feedback.

• Malaysian, with 1–2 years of design experience in an agency, in-house team, freelance work, or internship.
• Fresh graduates with an exceptional portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Strong Figma skills, including components, auto layout, and organised files.
• Experience using AI tools in the design workflow.
• Able to show how AI tools are used in actual work, not just mention the tools.
• Hands-on experience with at least one page builder such as Shopify theme editor, PageFly, Elementor, Gutenberg, Magento Page Builder, or similar tools.
• Good eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy, especially for web and e-commerce design.
• Hybrid working in KL / Selangor.

Additional Advantages

• Basic understanding of HTML / CSS.
• Familiarity with e-commerce, including product pages, promotions, and conversion-focused layouts.
• Motion graphics, GIF, or short-form video editing skills.
• Experience preparing assets for marketplaces or ad channels such as Meta, Google, Shopee, or Lazada.
