Requirements
Diploma / Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Experience in manufacturing materials/purchasing environment preferred.
Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills such as Excel reporting; and have interest in APEX and SAP-generating reports.
Experience coordinating and/or facilitate corrective action on material administration issues.
Experience assisting in development and/or enhancements of processes and procedures.
Ability to adhere to and promote all department and corporate policies and procedures.
Capable of supporting Logistic Manager on operations activities, tracking of goods movements and generating report for presentation
Self-motivated with proven ability to operate under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Create inbound in SAP and WMS for new shipment received.
Goods Issuance for out bound.
Creation of purchase order of various types.
Shipment clearance.
Preparing shipment document.
Tracking order to ensure timely deliveries.
And other supply chain function.
Working Hour:
Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5:30pm)
Saturday (9:00am – 1:00pm)

Warehouse nearby PJ33

Remuneration Package
Basic salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500
Overtime (OT) allowance (If Any): Applicable
Range: RM3,000 – RM3,500
