Must Posses Valid Driving License

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the premises, employees, and visitors.

• Develop and implement security procedures and protocols, including emergency response plans, access control, and surveillance operations.

• Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly and reporting any deficiencies.

• Train and mentor security staff, providing guidance on best practices, operational procedures, and customer service standards.

• Investigate security incidents, disturbances, and policy violations, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.

• Manage the scheduling and deployment of security guards to ensure adequate coverage across all shifts and areas.

• Liaise with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary, coordinating responses to critical incidents.

• Maintain accurate records of security activities, incidents, and personnel performance.

• Enforce company policies and regulations related to security and safety, ensuring compliance by all personnel.

• Monitor CCTV systems and other security technologies to detect and deter unauthorized activities.
