Sales Executive (With Basic Salary)

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin as the role require to liaise with Mandarin speaking customer as well.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in marketing,
• Business studies or any related discipline
• Candidates with at least 2 years of working experience preferably in the marketing and sales of properties in a property development industry.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Excellent selling communication and negotiation skills will be advantages
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and Target Success Driven.

We are currently looking for dedicated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. You will be one of the key person in maintaining service and continuously built company customer database.

So what is your role about?

• You will represent our company at trade exhibitions, events and roadshow and garner a successful track record in closing sales deals in different exhibitions and events.
• You will be responsible in the business development with existing and potential customers.
• You must know how to identify, prospect and secure new businesses to achieve sales target.
• You will need to attend to customers needs, enquiries and convert into sales
• You should be able provide excellent sales and after sales to our client and customers.
• You will be need to build good relationship & maintains relationship with Agents/Clients
