Job Description

Requirements

  • Preferably minimum SPM or above.

  • Preferably a minimum of 3 years of working experience in Indoor/Outdoor

Sales & Marketing in a similar field.

  • Good Communication with an open sales-driven mind.

  • Strong knowledge of the logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding industry.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Leadership and team management experience.

  • Mandarin speaker is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Leadership:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, objectives, and plans in line with company goals.

  • Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve sales targets.

  • Set performance goals, monitor performance, and provide guidance to team members.

Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand the company's customer

base.

  • Lead efforts to pursue and secure new contracts, customers, and accounts.

  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.

  • Address customer needs, inquiries, and issues to enhance overall service quality.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Collect, analyze, and report sales data, including revenue, customer acquisition, and market trends.

  • Make data-driven recommendations for improving sales performance.

  • Generate regular reports to inform senior management and the Directors.

  • Sales Presentations and Proposals:

  • Lead the development of sales presentations, proposals, and sales materials.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral.

  • Present to prospective customers and partners to secure new business.
    Sales Process and Workflow:

  • Establish and maintain efficient sales processes and workflows.

  • Monitor the progress of sales activities, address bottlenecks, and streamline operations.

  • Ensure adherence to sales policies and standards.
