About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support the execution of regional marketing campaigns, strengthen social listening capabilities, and drive collaborative business expansion initiatives across Asia. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, merchant partners, and digital wallet partners to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that enhance user engagement and support business growth.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, digital marketing, or integrated marketing.
Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
Hands-on experience supporting paid media campaigns and digital advertising.
Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and campaign analytics.
Experience using AI tools or social listening platforms is an added advantage.
Strong project management, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English is required. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage due to regional stakeholder collaboration.

Coordinate and support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across global social media platforms.
Assist in planning and delivering both online and offline marketing activities, including exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
Coordinate project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful campaign delivery.
Liaise with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth project execution.
Develop and coordinate marketing materials, presentations, banners, promotional assets, and campaign collateral.
Support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across global digital platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and work with internal stakeholders and agencies to improve campaign effectiveness and achieve conversion KPIs.
Assist in managing online advertising initiatives across social media and other digital channels.
Monitor social media trends, consumer behaviour, and industry developments using AI tools and social listening platforms.
Generate market insights and recommendations to support marketing strategies and business decisions.
Identify opportunities to improve audience engagement and campaign performance through data-driven insights.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, external agencies, merchant partners, and regional stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives are executed effectively.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and budget expectations.
Prepare campaign reports, project updates, and post-campaign evaluations.
