Full Time Finance - Accounts Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in M & N Motor Service Sabah - Maukerja

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Responsible, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential financial information.
• Good communication skills and able to liaise with external parties.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts independently.
• Prepare and process payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, and petty cash transactions.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the General Ledger (GL).
• Process monthly payroll and maintain payroll records.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
