Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Manage and organize paperwork, documentation, and files related to production activities.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of production schedules, reports, and other relevant documents.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and training sessions for production staff.
Communication and Coordination:
Act as a liaison between production teams, management, and other departments.
Facilitate effective communication by disseminating relevant information to the production lines.
Collaborate with other administrative professionals to ensure seamless operations.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production-related information.
Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying trends or areas for improvement.
Assist in data entry and ensure data integrity in production databases.
Inventory Management:
Work closely with the inventory and procurement teams to monitor and manage stock levels.
Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient inventory system for production materials.
Facility Coordination:
Oversee the organization and cleanliness of production facilities.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and machinery.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure that production activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Assist in preparing documentation for audits and inspections.
Problem Solving:
Address and resolve administrative issues that may arise within the production lines.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
