Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a production or manufacturing setting.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • To be able to drive changes and be a change agent

Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and organize paperwork, documentation, and files related to production activities.

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of production schedules, reports, and other relevant documents.

  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and training sessions for production staff.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Act as a liaison between production teams, management, and other departments.

  • Facilitate effective communication by disseminating relevant information to the production lines.

  • Collaborate with other administrative professionals to ensure seamless operations.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production-related information.

  • Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying trends or areas for improvement.

  • Assist in data entry and ensure data integrity in production databases.

Inventory Management:

  • Work closely with the inventory and procurement teams to monitor and manage stock levels.

  • Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient inventory system for production materials.

Facility Coordination:

  • Oversee the organization and cleanliness of production facilities.

  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and machinery.

 Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure that production activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits and inspections.

Problem Solving:

  • Address and resolve administrative issues that may arise within the production lines.

  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
