ABOUT THE ROLES

We are looking for a motivated and organised Sales & Admin Officer to join our team in Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will support both sales and administrative operations by assisting customers, preparing sales-related documents, and handling daily office tasks. No experience is required as training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for fresh graduates and individuals looking to start or grow their careers.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  1. Contact potential and existing customers to introduce the company's products and services.
  2. Respond to customer enquiries and provide product information.
  3. Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, appointments, and required documents.
  4. Provide administrative support, filing, and data entry.
  5. Prepare sales-related documents and maintain accurate customer records.
  6. Handle daily office operations and support managers and team members with daily tasks.

JOB INFORMATION

  • Salary: Basic Salary + Sales Commission (Up to RM8,000)
  • Working Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm (Lunch Break: 1.00pm – 2.00pm)
  • Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 working days)
  • Location: 5 minutes' walk from MRT & LRT Sungai Besi
