Proven experience as a Handyman with a strong understanding of general building maintenance and repair tasks.

Proficiency in plumbing, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures.

Skilled in basic electrical work, such as replacing light fixtures, outlets, and troubleshooting minor electrical issues.

Ability to perform various repair tasks, including carpentry, painting, and drywall repair.

Experience with general maintenance duties to ensure the upkeep of facilities.

Must possess a Diploma qualification.

A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant hands-on experience in a similar role.

Good communication skills in English to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks within deadlines.

Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor, including lifting and climbing.

Perform routine and emergency repairs on plumbing systems, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures.

Conduct basic electrical work such as replacing light bulbs, repairing faulty outlets, and troubleshooting minor wiring issues, ensuring all work complies with safety standards.

Execute general building maintenance tasks, including painting, carpentry, minor masonry, and upkeep of common areas.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues related to building systems and equipment.

Assist with preventative maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of building infrastructure.

Maintain a clean and organized worksite, properly storing tools and materials after completing tasks.

Identify and report potential hazards or necessary repairs to management to ensure a safe working environment.
