Job Description

Requirements

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer solutions in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with questions about Go Tasty Sdn Bhd's offerings.

  • Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the company's CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex customer problems and ensure satisfactory resolution.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while representing the Go Tasty Sdn Bhd brand with a positive and helpful attitude.

  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the customer service department's operations.

  • Demonstrate basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with email clients, word processing software, and data entry.

  • Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to cater to a diverse customer base.

  • Be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts at the Jalan Damai Raya 6 31, Kuala Lumpur office.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, addressing questions about products, services, and orders.

  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.

  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing discrepancies.

  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to contribute to service improvement initiatives.

  • Follow communication guidelines and company policies to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services where appropriate, enhancing customer value.
