To manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the campus and oversee the student residential facilities (hostel). This role ensures the smooth administration of the hostel while also providing care, supervision, and guidance to students residing there, especially outside normal working hours.
A. Administrative Duties
- Manage student registration, documentation, and file keeping.
- Handle general office operations, including inventory and procurement.
- Liaise with academic staff and departments for operational needs.
- Maintain accurate records of students, attendance, and hostel movement.
- Support finance-related processes such as fee tracking and petty cash.
- Shared service with the IT Department - HQ and maintenance of IT facilities
- Coordinate meetings, correspondence, and the preparation of campus reports.
B. Warden Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure the safety, discipline, and welfare of hostel students.
- Perform daily roll calls and maintain student movement records (in/out).
- Enforce hostel rules and report any breach of regulations.
- Act as the first point of contact in emergencies during after-office hours.
- Conduct regular room inspections to ensure cleanliness and upkeep.
- Liaise with parents/guardians on hostel matters as and when necessary.
- Coordinate maintenance or repair works for hostel facilities with the Facilities or Maintenance department.
- Prepare incident reports involving hostel students.
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
