Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of HR & Admin experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

  • Experience in retail or fashion retail is an added advantage.

  • Knowledge of payroll, HR compliance, Employment Act, and statutory regulations.

  • Experience in high-volume recruitment and manpower planning.

  • Knowledge of foreign worker management and work permit applications is an added advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/Payroll systems.

  • Strong communication, leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, training, and employee engagement.

  • Handle manpower planning and recruitment for Head Office and retail outlets.

  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act, Labour Laws, and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB).

  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and HR best practices.

  • Oversee office administration, facilities, insurance, licenses, procurement, and vendor management.

  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and management reports.

  • Support retail expansion, new store openings, and HR-related projects.
