Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR & Admin experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience in retail or fashion retail is an added advantage.
Knowledge of payroll, HR compliance, Employment Act, and statutory regulations.
Experience in high-volume recruitment and manpower planning.
Knowledge of foreign worker management and work permit applications is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/Payroll systems.
Strong communication, leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, training, and employee engagement.
Handle manpower planning and recruitment for Head Office and retail outlets.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act, Labour Laws, and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB).
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and HR best practices.
Oversee office administration, facilities, insurance, licenses, procurement, and vendor management.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and management reports.
Support retail expansion, new store openings, and HR-related projects.
