Must have a Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent area of study.

Working experience as a Teacher, with special kids or PPKI students is highly preferred.

Have unique qualities, including patience, creativity, flexibility, empathy and deep understanding of each student’s needs.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Passionate with special kids.

To develop IEP’s for each student and setting learning goals.

To ensure each student activities and lessons are planned and organized according to student’s abilities.

To understand the student’s strengths and weaknesses and can create effective strategies to ensure they follow the lessons.

To encourage students to study or focus on their lessons by acknowledging their needs.
