Job Overview

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Account cum Admin Executive to join our growing team. In this dual-function role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping, financial tracking, and ensuring smooth office administrative operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong multitasking skills and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of working experience in an accounting or administrative role.

  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

  • Languages: Good command of written and spoken English, Malay, Mandarin is an advantage.

  • Attributes: High level of integrity, highly organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Tanggungjawab

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting & Finance:

  • Maintain full sets or partial sets of accounts, including data entry into accounting software.

  • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), including invoicing and payment processing.

  • Prepare bank reconciliations, monthly financial statements, and expense reports.

  • Process monthly payroll and manage statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB).

  • Assist in preparing relevant documents for year-end audits and tax submissions.

Administration & HR Support:

  • Manage general office administration, including ordering office supplies and handling incoming calls/emails.

  • Maintain a systematic physical and digital filing system for all company records and legal documents.

  • Assist in basic HR functions, such as tracking employee leave, attendance, and medical claims.

  • Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, banks, auditors, and government authorities

  • Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management.
