Requirements
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field. Fresh graduated are encouraged apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively
Food safety certifications, such as a Food Handler's Certificate or ServSafe, are highly valued and often mandatory.
Proficiency in English and local languages (e.g., Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin) is required, particularly for coordinating with stakeholders and diverse teams
Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
Operational Support
- Assists with daily, weekly, and monthly operational tasks, including setting up service areas, inventory checks, and maintaining health and safety standards.
Customer Service
- Greets guests, takes orders, and ensures a high-quality guest experience, addressing customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
Administrative Tasks
- Handles paperwork such as scheduling, updating stock records, processing invoices, and assisting with menu updates.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Tracks stock levels, assists in ordering supplies, and coordinates with suppliers to ensure necessary items are in stock.
Team Coordination
- Coordinates with chefs and service staff to ensure smooth communication and service flow
Compliance
- Ensures all activities follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
