Diploma in Automotive Technology, Information Technology, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, and networking.

Experience with automotive diagnostic tools will be an added advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Willing to travel for customer support and training.

Possess a valid driving licence.

Provide technical support for automotive diagnostic equipment and workshop solutions.

Install, configure, and update diagnostic software and firmware.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Assist customers with vehicle diagnostics, coding, programming, and system operations.

Prepare, install, and commission new diagnostic equipment.

Conduct product demonstrations, customer training, and technical presentations.

Work closely with the sales and service teams to deliver excellent after-sales support.

Maintain technical documentation and service reports.

Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, diagnostic systems, and software releases.
