Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Admins, Human Resources, or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR cum Admins executive role

  • Excellent HR knowledge, including employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration

  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and HR software tools

  • Familiarity with Malaysian employment laws and regulations

Responsibilities

  1. Payroll Management

  • Process monthly payroll including salaries, allowances, overtime/incentives, and reimbursements, ensuring accurate statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB or other applicable tax).

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Ensure timely hiring and support the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, preparation of offer and employment letters and stamping, and onboarding/orientation of new hires.

  1. Employee Records & Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, attendance, leave, staff claims and disciplinary documentation. Submission of Form E, CP8D, EA forms etc, accurately and timely.

  1. HR Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure HR operations comply with local labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal company policies. Support HR audits, documentation, and periodic reporting. Work closely with the head office to create HR policies that meet local legal requirements.

  1. Employee Relations & Welfare

  • Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary cases, and staff welfare initiatives to promote a positive and compliant workplace culture.

  1. Process Improvement

  • Continuously review and enhance HR and administrative workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with business needs.

  1. Administrative Support

  • Assist in office management, procurement, accounting and inventory management of office supplies.

  1. Training and Development

  • Organize staff training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
