Full Time Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Terra Group Holdings Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in quantity surveying or commercial functions within the construction industry.

Good knowledge of tendering, contract administration, progress claims, variation orders, and cost control.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; experience with QS software (e.g., CostX or Glodon) is an added advantage.

Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a significant advantage for liaising with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BQ), tender documents, and quotations for construction projects.

Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing and compliance with project requirements.

Prepare, review, and submit progress claims, variation orders (VO), final accounts, and payment certificates.

Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures to ensure effective cost control and financial performance.

Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, and tender requirements to identify commercial risks and opportunities.

Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on contractual, commercial, and payment matters.

Maintain proper documentation for contracts, claims, quotations, project records, and commercial correspondence.

Support procurement activities by preparing material comparisons, cost analysis, and commercial evaluations.

Assist the Project Manager and Contract Manager in commercial reporting, project forecasting, and financial analysis.

Perform any other commercial, contractual, or quantity surveying duties assigned by Management from time to time.
