Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, CRM Marketing, Product Marketing, or User Acquisition.

Experience in e-commerce, marketplace platforms, mobile apps, SaaS, fintech, or technology companies is highly preferred.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.

Creative thinker who enjoys experimenting with new ideas and solving business challenges.

Excellent project management and communication skills.

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, marketing automation tools, or CRM platforms is an advantage.

Experience collaborating with product or technology teams will be a plus.

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Develop creative campaign ideas that encourage users to interact with our platform.

Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise based on data and insights.

Collaborate with Product, Tech, Design, and Business teams to support new initiatives and enhance user experience.

Research market trends, customer behaviour, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Conduct A/B testing and experiment with different marketing approaches to improve campaign effectiveness.

Coordinate campaign execution across multiple digital channels including social media, email, website, and mobile platforms.

Prepare reports and share actionable recommendations to improve marketing performance.
