Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily administrative support including data entry, document preparation, filing and record management.
Assist with communication via phone calls, emails and WhatsApp with branches and external parties.
Support the Finance team with financial documentation, payment records, panel claims and filing.
Support the Admin team in managing company assets, suppliers, maintenance schedules and branch operations.
Support the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, training coordination and HR documentation.
Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of company and employee information.
Coordinate with branches to collect reports, documents and operational updates.
Assist with internal audits, meetings and other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
