Full Time Operation and Maintenance (O- M) Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Envipure Melaka - Maukerja

Planning, organizing, assigning, directing, and reviewing the work of employees engaged in the operation and maintenance of Water & Waste water Treatment Plant

• Overseeing the operation and maintenance of facilities to meet all applicable regulatory requirements and design criteria.

• Developing and implementing techniques and methods of process control which increase plant efficiency.

• Overseeing the work of others contractor to work on plant.

• Responsible for procurement of all routine section supplies and services.

• Provide supervision and recommend Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) on Operations and Maintenance of Water Services System to enhance their reliability and to prevent interruption to manufacturing operations.

• Ensure IWWTP & DIW systems related equipment & parts to meet legal requirements (e.g. final discharge of wastewater).

• Preparation of Water Services performance data/ report for System Owner reviewing (Monthly/ Quarterly KPI Review).

• Man Power arrangements for all O&M team (including leave, overtime, etc).

• Attend Audit or Inspection by Client or Government Authority onsite.

• To update management in bi- weekly basis on operation and project progress.

• To prepare report and attend weekly O&M Meeting with Client.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
