Role Overview

The HR Business Partner will play a key role in supporting business growth by leading end-to-end recruitment activities while partnering closely with business stakeholders on people-related matters. This role is primarily responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring the right talent for the organisation, while also acting as a trusted HR advisor to hiring managers and department leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through various sourcing channels to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned business units, providing guidance on workforce planning and people-related matters.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations on recruitment progress, market conditions, and hiring timelines.
  • Support employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations initiatives where required.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and manpower updates.
  • Collaborate with internal HR teams to drive HR projects, process improvements, and business-focused people initiatives.
  • Support talent development initiatives, including training coordination, performance management, and employee growth programs.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including policy advisory, disciplinary cases, grievances, and workplace conflict resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR generalist, or HR business partnering roles.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of employment practices and HR policies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willing to work in Tanjung Minyak, Melaka.
  • Willing to work in shift (morning shift/noon shift).

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
