Role Overview
The HR Business Partner will play a key role in supporting business growth by leading end-to-end recruitment activities while partnering closely with business stakeholders on people-related matters. This role is primarily responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring the right talent for the organisation, while also acting as a trusted HR advisor to hiring managers and department leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through various sourcing channels to support current and future hiring needs.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned business units, providing guidance on workforce planning and people-related matters.
- Manage stakeholder expectations on recruitment progress, market conditions, and hiring timelines.
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations initiatives where required.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and manpower updates.
- Collaborate with internal HR teams to drive HR projects, process improvements, and business-focused people initiatives.
- Support talent development initiatives, including training coordination, performance management, and employee growth programs.
- Handle employee relations matters, including policy advisory, disciplinary cases, grievances, and workplace conflict resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR generalist, or HR business partnering roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of employment practices and HR policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willing to work in Tanjung Minyak, Melaka.
- Willing to work in shift (morning shift/noon shift).

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
