Responsibilities
Greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors to the appropriate personnel or department.

Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meeting logistics, including room bookings and refreshments.
Provide general administrative support to various departments, including data entry, document preparation, and basic research.
Manage office supplies inventory, place orders as needed, and ensure the office environment is tidy and well-maintained.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and maintaining petty cash.
