1. Maintain full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and analysis 2. Perform inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, and cost variance analysis 3. Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow 4. Ensure accurate posting of journal entries, accruals, and prepayments 5. Prepare and submit SST, withholding tax, and other statutory filings 6. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities 7. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls 8. Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
