Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in operations, project coordination, or the construction industry is an advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure projects run smoothly.
Liaise with internal departments, site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Prepare operational reports, project documentation, and progress updates.
Monitor project schedules and ensure timelines are met.
Assist in procurement, material coordination, and delivery arrangements.
Ensure all documents are properly maintained and updated.
Support management with administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Handle ad hoc duties when required.
