Full Time Procurement Officer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Pure Color Tee Selangor - Maukerja

• 2–5 years experience in purchasing, procurement, or import/export
• Experience dealing with China suppliers/manufacturers
• Knowledge of import shipment procedures and shipping documents
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficient in reading, writing and communicating in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools

Purchasing

• Source products from local and overseas suppliers
• Request and compare quotations
• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO)
• Negotiate pricing and delivery terms
• Monitor stock and delivery schedules

Supplier Coordination

• Communicate with China manufacturers and suppliers
• Follow up on production and shipment schedules
• Resolve delivery or quality issues

• Coordinate import shipments and logistics
• Handle shipping documents and customs clearance
• Liaise with freight forwarders and shipping agents
• Track shipment status and delivery timelines
