Job Description

Requirements

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring data integrity for reporting and analysis.

  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other relevant documents, ensuring all materials are professional and error-free.

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office organization to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.

  • Process sales orders, invoices, and other related documentation, liaising with other departments as needed.

  • Support the sales team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities
