Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in social media marketing is an advantage.

Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada and Xiaohongshu.

Basic photography and videography skills.

Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.

Creative, responsible, and able to work independently.

Strong communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese is an added advantage.

Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Passion for cameras, photography, or technology is an advantage.

Plan and manage daily social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Xiaohongshu, YouTube, etc).

Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content.

Write attractive captions and hashtags to increase engagement.

Plan monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns.

Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).

Respond to customer comments and messages professionally.

Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.

Stay updated with social media trends and suggest new content ideas.

Work with the sales team to promote new products, promotions, and events.

Coordinate with photographers, influencers, and content creators when needed.

Assist in live streaming and product launches.

Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.
