Job Description

Requirements

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.

  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of important documents and records.

  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, updating databases and spreadsheets as required.

  • Assist with office management duties, such as ordering supplies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the office environment is well-maintained.

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

  • Support content creation efforts for marketing materials and e-commerce platforms, ensuring brand consistency and quality.

  • Manage and update e-commerce platforms with product information, descriptions, and pricing, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

  • Utilize strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English to liaen effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and team members.

  • Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for executives and team members, coordinating logistics and ensuring efficient time management.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing excellent customer service and directing communications appropriately.

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records, including filing systems, employee records, and financial documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Assist with content creation for marketing materials and social media platforms, contributing to the company's online presence and brand visibility.

  • Support e-commerce operations by managing product listings, processing orders, and coordinating with fulfillment teams as needed.
