Minimum SKM Level 2/3, Diploma in Automotive Engineering, or equivalent.

5 to 8 years of hands-on working experience in the automotive industry, specifically with passenger vehicles.

Strong proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools, excellent understanding of engine/transmission systems, and bilingual abilities (English and Bahasa Malaysia).

Possess a valid Class "D" driving license and own transportation.

Operate diagnostic equipment to interpret results, troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues, and formulate repair plans.

Perform intricate major and minor mechanical repairs following the manufacturer's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians and assist Service Advisors in explaining technical issues to customers.

Conduct rigorous quality checks on all serviced vehicles before they are returned to customers.

Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly adhere to workshop safety and environmental standards.
