• SPM, STPM, or Diploma qualification.

Position : Operation Assistant, Air Freight Import

Industry: Freight Forwarder

Work Location: KLIA

Work arrangement: Onsite Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Employment Type : 12 months contract with PERSOL

Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,000 (based on experience & skills)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day Air Freight Import operations.
• Handle customs-related documentation and import procedures.
• Work closely with Operations, Warehouse, Transportation, and Customs teams to ensure smooth cargo movement.
• Liaise with overseas agents, vendors, suppliers, and service providers on shipment arrangements.
• Monitor shipment milestones and update operational records in the system.
• Prepare customer-specific reports and ensure accurate shipment data entry.
• Respond to customer enquiries, resolve operational issues, and maintain service excellence.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide operational assistance as required.
