Job Description

Requirements

* Friendly, responsible & customer-focused

* Willing to learn basic repair knowledge

* Can work independently and use basic computer or phone tools

* Able to handle complaints professionally

* Organized & proactive

Responsibilities

* Handle luggage repair customers (check-in, assess, explain timeline & warranty)

* Coordinate with CRM & Repair Team

* Guide customers during collection (post-repair checklist)

* Assist with customer surveys

* Basic technical checks (training provided)

* Support sales team with referral conversions

* Do Retail & CRM surveys
