Full Time Journeyman Carpenter Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 + overtime in ADM Signature Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a Construction Carpenter or in a similar role.

Proficiency in carpentry techniques, including framing, roofing, installing doors and windows, and finishing work.

Strong understanding of woodworking principles and the ability to work with various types of wood and building materials.

Excellent skills in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and construction plans.

Proficient in using hand and power tools commonly used in carpentry and construction, with a strong emphasis on safety.

Ability to perform accurate measurements and calculations for material estimation and cutting.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges on the construction site.

Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.

Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

Physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.

Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and company policies on the job site.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications and requirements.

Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials according to specifications using hand and power tools.

Build and install structures such as windows, doors, stairs, cabinets, and furniture, ensuring they are level, square, and plumb.

Perform repairs and renovations on existing wooden structures, identifying and fixing issues like rot, damage, or wear.

Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents.

Collaborate with other construction professionals, including supervisors, electricians, and plumbers, to ensure project completion.

Select appropriate types of wood and materials for specific construction tasks, considering durability, strength, and appearance.

Use precision measuring instruments and hand tools to ensure accuracy in all carpentry tasks.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction or installation process.

Maintain and care for carpentry tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
