Requirements
At least 1 year working experience in a similar role.
Candidates must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma.
Required skills: MS Word & Excel.
Applicants must be independent, self-driven, strong commitments and result oriented.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an added advantage.
Familiarity with the FX / CFD industry can be an added advantage.
Reading and writing in both English and Chinese is a must.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
Responsibilities
Handle processing of customer application forms from all channels.
Perform account creation and setup for newly onboarded customers and manage existing customer base.
Verify and process necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Address and resolve any queries or concerns. use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues or escalate them to appropriate departments for resolution.
