Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience
  • Minimum 1 year team management experience
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Experience in KPI and performance management
  • Excellent business presentation skills
  • Familiar with Southeast Asian markets
  • English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise Sales Engineers
  • Develop team sales plans and monitor KPIs
  • Coach and mentor sales team members
